Responsibility for Health & Safety extends throughout all levels within the organisation, starting with the main board of Directors, where ultimate responsibility rests. As such, the Directors and Management of IRIS focus on ensuring the processes and resources are made available to maintain and encourage a safe and healthy working environment for ourselves and others.
Our Health & Safety Teams support operational management to deliver a comprehensive and thorough approach to induction and training for all employees through tailored development programmes in-line with an individual’s job description.

Evidence of compliance to the required regulatory standards is operated through systematic checks and record keeping and audit.
We have a proven safety record on customer sites and have been active in the development of Risk Assessments, Method Statements and managing a Permit to Work System within the areas of our control.
