IRIS undertook the complete design, construction, and commissioning for a new electronics facility. The client had an industrial unit that was shell only. The unit needed the new clean areas forming (walls, floors and ceilings) and all new services installed. This included air handling unit, chiller, boilers, compressed air plant, and new electrical distribution
The client had equipment being delivered that needed the new upgraded electrical supply in place, and the room ready to accept the equipment, in advance of the overall completion date. The programme had to be monitored and managed closely
