Scope of work:
IRIS was employed to manage the relocation of manufacturing and process equipment from one site in the UK to another. The work involved surveying the equipment at the original location to determine the scope of both the move, and all the utility requirements for the equipment. The equipment was moved to the new site, reassembled, hooked up to the new services and commissioned.
The equipment was many years old and in most instances had minimal manual information. The equipment had had to be broken down very carefully and fully labelled to ensure that it reassembled in working order.
